Civil Project Coordinator (Fully Bilingual) (3029)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive construction plans and blueprints.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability and identify potential challenges.
  • Perform calculations and analysis for structural integrity, materials, and environmental impact.
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and budget expenditures, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to uphold project standards and specifications.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;  EIT  Certification preferred.
  • Candidate MUST be Fully Bilingual ( English and Spanish)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction engineering.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in construction practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
