We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on the implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of electro-mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, but will not be involved in the design aspect of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electro-mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Installation Support: Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve issues related to electro-mechanical systems.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and inspections to verify system functionality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system configurations, and any issues encountered.
- Training: Provide training and support to other team members and clients on the proper use and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems.
- Process Optimization: Work closely with operations teams to identify and implement improvements to increase system efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role focusing on electro-mechanical systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Electro-Mechanical Technician) are a plus.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work occasional overtime or on-call shifts as needed. Must be fully bi-lingual ( English and Spanish)
