Procurement Representative (3075)

 Procurement Representative

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities from sourcing to delivery

  • Review and analyze vendor quotes and make recommendations

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers

  • Implement cost-saving strategies

  • Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams

  • Resolve vendor issues and support contract negotiations


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance

  • 2+ years of proven experience in procurement

  • Experience with SAP and/or Ariba systems

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Must be residing in Puerto Rico


Preferred Traits:

  • Experience working on large capital projects

  • Familiarity with supply chain and fabrication processes

  • Motivated, reliable, and results-driven

  • Fast learner with a dynamic personality

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
