We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, proficiency in industry-leading software, and excellent analytical skills. This role requires experience in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and working closely with project managers and clients.  Important!!!!!  Candidates must live in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for construction projects based on blueprints, specifications, and other documents.
• Utilize Sage 300 and On-Screen Takeoff for accurate quantity takeoffs and cost projections.
• Analyze project scope, materials, labor, and other cost factors to create comprehensive estimates.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary data.
• Ensure estimates align with project budgets and timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs.
• Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in Sage 300 and On-Screen Takeoff is required.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
