  This is an "in person" job opportunity.  Candidate MUST already be living in Puerto Rico when applying for position.   Ideal candidate will be an individual with 3+ years of construction project's scheduling experience. 
 
Job responsibilities:

• Resource will develop, analyze and actualize project's schedules.  Will prepare reports analyzing the timetable and will make recommendations in order to keep the projects on time and up to date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree 
• 3 years minimum experience as Scheduler, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project 
• General Management of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good disposition
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred / Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written skills
