We are currently seeking a
Construction Project Manager for pharmaceutical industry construction projects.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in pharmaceutical industry operations, coordination, and construction management. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various aspects of capital projects. May include overseeing utilities, water systems, HVAC, low power distribution, controls, and automation to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, field execute, and manage capital projects related to utilities, water systems, HVAC, low power distribution, controls, and automation, among others.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Oversee construction field inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Optimize building efficiency and critical systems to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
- Manage financial targets and deliverables for capital projects, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, with a focus on operations, coordination, and construction management.
- Strong understanding of utilities, water systems, HVAC, low power distribution, controls, and automation in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing capital projects and delivering financial targets.
- Experience in construction field inspection and building efficiency optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
