We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure milestones are met.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and meeting notes.

  • Prepare and update project schedules using project management tools.

  • Support in procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

  • Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and report on status.

  • Organize and participate in project meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BSCE, BSCE or BSEE

  • Knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and project scheduling.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera) is good to have.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
