EHS Manager (3144)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced EHS Manager to lead and manage all aspects of environmental, health, and safety compliance across our operations. The EHS Manager plays a critical role in developing safety culture, minimizing risk, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement in health and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.

  • Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and investigations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

  • Lead incident investigations and develop root cause analyses and preventative measures.

  • Coordinate safety training programs for employees, contractors, and supervisors.

  • Maintain environmental compliance records (e.g., stormwater, hazardous waste, air permits).

  • Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and manage reporting and permitting activities.

  • Track and analyze safety metrics, prepare reports, and drive performance improvements.

  • Foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness across all levels of the organization.

  • Stay current with changes in EHS regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive EHS experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments.

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Professional certifications such as CSP, CHMM, CIH, or equivalent are a plus.

  • Experience with EHS software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
